7. Limitation of Liability

TOLUIDE provides consulting services and recommendations based on professional expertise and industry best practices. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

In no event shall TOLUIDE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate consulting agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual service contracts. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue to apply
• Client data will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Access to TOLUIDE systems and resources will be revoked

9. Modifications to Terms

TOLUIDE reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
